Google has announced the deep integration of Gemini into the entire Workspace suite.

• Sheets: Say "analyze this quarter's trends," and it automatically generates pivot tables and visualizations
• Gmail: Can automatically categorize, summarize, and draft replies, and even create calendar events based on email content
• Slides: Say "make a 10-page product introduction deck," and it generates one automatically

How It Differs from Microsoft Copilot

• Google's data is more "native"—Gmail, Docs, and Sheets data live in the same ecosystem, so the AI can draw on data across products

Gemini for Workspace costs $30 per user per month, the same price as Microsoft Copilot. Google has also launched a free version for students.
